"I love having my daughter at AODA for ballet. She has found an outlet for creative expression, listening to directions, and joy in movement that will encourage her to remain active throughout her life. I sometimes catch her making ballet moves in unexpected places, and I just quietly enjoy with a smile on my face. Thank you for contributing to her happiness!"
-Jean, AODA Dance Parent

"I am so thankful for the amazing teachers at Alpha and Omega. They are not only amazing dancers, but wonderful human beings. I feel like my son learns so much more than dance here. He has always been extremely shy but has truly blossomed here. This studio is his safe place where he can be himself and express himself. He has these great young adults to look up to, who really are such amazing mentors and role models. He looks forward to class every week. This dance studio is the treasure of Fayetteville. We are so thankful every day that we found it."
-Shanon, AODA Dance Parent

“[Mrs. Kristen is] 1000% hands down the best teacher. I love every second I got to spend in your class room and all the memories I took with me, how you encouraged us to be better. Thank you for being the best ballet teacher ever.”
-Kristhal, AODA Adult Student

"We love having our 4 daughters in dance at AODA and this is our 5th year here. We love that this is a Christian studio with a wholesome atmosphere. We love that the teachers pray before the class and ask the students for prayer requests. We love that we don't have to worry over immodest dress codes for class or recitals. We love that we don't have to worry over the music selections as well... It's a fun family friendly atmosphere.”
-Matthew and Rachelle, AODA Dance Parents

AODA is a family-friendly studio that is committed to teaching excellence in dance and arts through a Christian approach that also encourages Christ-like followers beginning with the preschool class. God is truly at the heart of AODA and the teachers!
-Leila, AODA Dance Parent

“I first discovered Alpha & Omega when my mom was a part of one of their [Winter Showcases]... They encouraged me to take a couple of classes. I hadn’t danced since I was around 5 years old but it had always been in the back of my mind to try it again. Being 14 at the time I thought I was too late and would never get to the point I wanted, but they encouraged me to try anyway. Looking at it now I am so glad I did... I love Alpha & Omega because above everything Christ is always at the center and is the foundation of their teaching. The studio and the people there are the reason I am the dancer I am today!”
-Allison, AODA Student

"The teachers are very nice. They help you progress while you get to have fun. I'm excited and terrified for my first recital!"
-Marissa, AODA Student (Age 8, 1st year at AODA)

“I like to dance because it's fun and there's different genres. It's a great way to express myself. I love Alpha and Omega because Mrs. Rachel is very positive, and my classmates are fun. My favorite genre is contemporary because it's graceful and has free movement, and because there are a bunch of different ways to do contemporary."
-Nathan, AODA Student (Age 10)

“When I was about 5-6 I had to make a very hard choice to either continue dance or gymnastics. I obviously picked dance (or I won't be writing this) and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love to dance because it lets me get my emotions out and it's a great work out. Especially when I have three back-to-back classes. Plus it's a great way to find friends, which is where I met my two best friends… My favorite genre of dance has to be jazz. Don't exactly know why I love jazz so much but it just makes me really happy. I just get so excited thinking about it because you don't really know what you're going to do in class that day… You can do anything from axels to acro and I think that's amazing.
I Love AODA because of well, everything. When I first moved to Fayetteville almost 5 years ago I thought that I would find another competition studio like I was at before but then I tried AODA and I fell completely in love with it. I have never felt more at home.”
-Lindsey, AODA Student (Age 14)

“Dance has always been more to me than technique and positions; it’s a form of worship. When I’m dancing I am using the gift God has given me, to glorify Him. Psalm 149:3 ‘Let them praise His name with dancing.’”
-Trinyti, AODA Student

"I love AODA because it molded me into a well-rounded dancer. I came in years ago knowing only 2 styles and now I literally do (and love) all of them! Oh, and I can also change my clothes in 30 seconds flat ;)”
-Lynnae, AODA Student

"I love to dance. I love my teacher, Miss Sarah! And I like to come home and show my mommy and daddy what I have learned in class.”
-Lainey, AODA Student (Age 6)

"I like dance because I want to dance when I grow up and be on stage."
-Jozlyn, AODA Student (Age 4)

“I love dance because it’s so freeing and it makes me feel genuinely beautiful. I feel that dance gives you the strength and beauty no other sport has and there’s so many genres of dance. There are so many ways to express yourself. My favorite genre has to be ballet. Ballet has such an unexplainable beauty to it. When you watch Swan Lake and The Nutcracker you can’t help but feel captivated by their dancing. I know when I see an amazing ballet all I want to do is run up there and join them! It’s like when you hear the gorgeous melodies of Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev you can’t help but move your body the way the music intended.
I love Alpha and Omega Dance Academy (AODA) because it’s like no other studio I’ve been to, first of all, they are a Christian based studio which makes me so comfortable. Just having that prayer before class relaxes me and reminds that the Lord is with us in our dancing. The teachers at AODA are the best dance teachers I’ve ever had, I feel like they are more than teachers to me. I feel so close to them. The bond between teacher and student is so incredible here. They know where your abilities are and they push you where they know you can go even when you don’t think you can. The other dancers are so encouraging to one another, it certainly feels like one big dance family! I'm so blessed to be a part of this studio. My experience at AODA has been such an incredible journey and I don’t know what I’d do without dance or my dance academy!”
-Collette, Dance Student (Age 18)
