Saturday, February 10, 5-7pm
Held at Church of the Open Door
4445 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville NC 28314

Alpha & Omega Dance Academy is thrilled to be hosting this special, sock-hop themed Daddy Daughter Dance for girls ages 3-18 and their dads or dad-figures. We have exciting new daddy daughter dances and activities held throughout the night!

We’ll have: Light refreshments, performances, games, and of course dancing! You’ll be sure to have a great time!

Attire: In keeping with our theme, we ask attendees to wear either semi-formal/formal or sock-hop (50s swing) attire.

Who can attend: Girls ages 3-18 and their dad.** This event is not exclusive to AODA members, so feel free to invite your friends and spread the word. There is also no limit to the number of daughters you can bring, so if you have a large family or a wide range of ages, you can bring them all — the more the merrier!

**If a dad is unavailable, a dad-figure is allowed in their stead. Please see Frequently Asked Questions for more info. Only one dad or dad-figure per family unit.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?
In keeping with our theme, we respectfully ask attendees to wear either semi-formal/formal or sock-hop (50s swing) attire. However, this event is meant to be fun for YOU, so wear what you’ll feel the most fun and fabulous in! We’ll have people dressing to the nines in ballgowns and full military attire, but if dressing up is not your cup of tea, then feel free to wear something a little more casual.

I’m bringing my young daughter… Can I leave early?
Absolutely! We purposefully planned the event to end early with little ones in mind, but feel free to slip out whenever you need to.

Who counts as a dad-figure?
If a father is deployed, gone for work, or otherwise unavailable, etc, we are glad to welcome other dad-figures to accompany your daughter(s). This could include grandfathers, uncles, older brothers, or friends. However, only one dad or dad-figure is allowed per family unit.

Will there be food?
Yes! We are serving light refreshments and drinks throughout the evening.
