Registration, payments, personal information, will now take place through our new AODA Portal. Click the button below to register for your classes. Make sure you review our updates Rates & Policies to make sure you don’t miss out on our registration discounts and that you are up to date on our new policies!

Thank you for your patience as we worked hard to set up this brand new portal! We think you’ll love the easy registration process and the ability to access your account at any time!

How it works:

  • Click the button above to register/create your account

    • The email you register with becomes your account username.

    • Go ahead and set up a password. If you don’t, the next time you log in, you will have to hit “Forgot Password” and create one at that time.

  • Enroll in classes

    • When you enter your student’s DOB (or your DOB if you are an adult and enrolling yourself), the classes for their/your age group will automatically pop up.

    • Make sure you use the search filter in the top left corner to make the selection easier. We recommend filtering by Summer 2019 or Fall 2019-Spring 2020 so that you don’t accidentally register for the wrong class. The classes are listed in alphabetical order, starting with Ballet, etc.

    • Each class has a max capacity. If a class is maxed out, you have the option to enroll in that class’s waitlist. If a student moves out of that class, you will be notified of the available spot based on the order of the waitlist.

  • Set up payments

    • All payments are made through your AODA Portal. A debit/credit card will be required for the registration process, and there will be options for how you would like to make your payments. You may select recurring payments (our preferred method) on the 1st of the month so you never have to worry about missing a payment, or you may opt to make manual payments (due by the 1st of the month). If you opt for manual payments, be sure to visit our updated Rates & Policies pages for more information concerning late fees and outstanding balances.

    • Please note that our rates and policies have been updated for Fall 2019-Spring 2020. See Rates & Policies for a full explanation of our updated tuition rates, registration fees (to include discount deadlines), cancellation policies, and payment policies (to include late fees and auto draft on outstanding balances).

  • Check your email for confirmation

    • You will receive an email with the itemized list of classes, registration fees, and tuition with any applicable discounts. Confirm that the classes you have registered for are correct and for the correct session. Also don’t forget the location/studio room, as we will be utilizing both Studio A and Studio B for the Fall 2019-Spring 2020 Session. Keep in mind that the discounts may be hard to decipher at first; this is because some discounts are spread out over multiple classes instead of just applied to one class. For example, if a student is taking two classes, the first class is normal tuition and the second class is discounted, but instead of the discount only being applied to the second class, it may appear as split between both classes.

  • Use your AODA Portal throughout the year!

    • Log in to the AODA Portal by using the email and password you created during registration. If you didn’t create a password, click the “Forgot Password?” to set one up.

    • Make sure every dance student’s name and DOB is correct. The spelling of the name you provide will be used for our costume ordering, end-of-the-year gifts/awards, and recital program. It’s best to confirm now at the beginning.

    • Familiarize yourself with the portal. It will show you/your student’s personal info, the classes they have enrolled in, and any unpaid balances you may have. You can come to this portal anytime you need to make a payment, update your card, or set up a new card for payment.

    • Check your portal for any AODA communication.

do you need to finish paying off 2018-2019?

The options below are for those finishing out payments for the year 2018-2019. If you are registering or paying for Summer 2019 or Fall 2019-Spring 2020, please use the portal button above. If you are a new member, you will need to stop by the office to register before your account is up and running.

Main studio tuition payments (2018-2019)

These payment options will default to recurring payments (our preferred method). However, if you choose to make manual, monthly payments, then within this payment form simply set your frequency to "one time." Remember that Tuition is due the 1st of the month, and a $10 Late Fee is charged after the 10th of the month. 
If you need to make payments for a specific rate/number of classes not listed below, please e-mail us, and we will send you a unique payment form! 


off-campus tuition payments (Fcs / vca. 2018-2019)

FCS (Fayetteville Christian School) Dance Students:

VCA (Village Christian Academy) Dance Students: Your fees will be withdrawn directly through your VCA account
